LPR devices and health¶
The LPR tab appears when the selected site has the LPR module. It combines configured video cameras and integrated LPR device configurations into one inventory.
Each row can show the device name, type, health, post, address, identifier, and version. Some fields apply only to one device family, so a blank value is not automatically an error.
Review the device identity¶
Before investigating health, match the row to the installed unit using more than its display name. Compare the post, network address, device identifier, and version where available. This reduces the risk of troubleshooting a similarly named camera at another lane or site.
Open health details¶
Open the row menu and select Health. The action is unavailable when TEKControl cannot match the row to a central health target.
Use the health detail to review the latest reporting information, then compare it with the device's local status and the network path. An online central target does not prove that plate images are usable, recognition is accurate, the correct lane is associated, or access decisions are being applied.
Use Recent activity to confirm that the expected camera is producing current plate events and images. Use the full LPR Transactions page when you need longer history, richer filters, associations, or export.
This tab is diagnostic and read-only. LPR device provisioning and camera configuration are managed in their corresponding administration or deployment workflow.
