Key transaction history¶
Open a key's three-dot menu and select History. The title identifies the key by description or key number.
The history can show:
- the associated host;
- the associated visitor;
- whether the transaction was In or Out;
- the user who performed the action;
- the action date and time in the site's configured time zone;
- any recorded notes.
History is read-only and provides the audit trail for that key. Sort the available columns when you need to follow the sequence of transactions.
If the physical location of a key conflicts with the latest recorded transaction, do not create extra sign-in or sign-out actions merely to experiment. Follow the site's discrepancy process and preserve the existing history for review.
