Generate a Daily Activity Report PDF

Open a daily report's three-dot menu and select Detail. TEKControl generates the site's configured Daily Activity Report as a PDF and opens it in a new browser tab.

Before generating the report:

1. Confirm the correct post and shift start and end times.
2. Open Activity and verify the expected activities are included.
3. Complete any turnover, equipment, injury, and safety fields.
4. Save all changes.
5. Select Detail.

Generation can take several seconds. Allow pop-ups for the portal if the PDF does not open after the success message.

If TEKControl reports an invalid report or generation error, confirm that the site has a Daily Activity Report template configured and retry. Contact support if the error continues.

Note

The grid Export action downloads list data; Detail generates the formatted PDF for one daily report. They serve different purposes.
