Citation history

Open a citation's three-dot menu and select History. The read-only grid lists the newest activity first and shows:

• Action Performed — the saved workflow action or change;
• Action Date — when it occurred, displayed in the site's time zone;
• Action By — the user responsible for the action.

History can include citation creation and updates, added revenue, image additions or removals, notification delivery, and creation from a linked speeding ticket.

Use history to understand the sequence of activity. Return to the citation to inspect its current data or use Citation Detail for its generated document.

History records operational actions but may not reproduce every prior field value. Follow your organization's audit or escalation procedure when additional evidence is required.
