View host details

Select a row in Host Search—or open host information from another workflow—to view the person's operational details. The dialog is primarily a reference view; available tabs depend on the host, your role, and the site's enabled modules.

Profile

The Profile tab can show:

  • primary or family-account status, host type, security PIN, and directory or registration codes;
  • contact information and a secondary address;
  • primary and associated properties, with map links;
  • emergency contact information;
  • host notes and, for authorized roles, administrative notes.

When browser calling is configured, selecting a phone number can start or stop a call. Otherwise the number appears as a normal phone link or text.

Select Create Visitor to start a visitor record for this host. Confirm the selected host before saving the visitor.

Active Visitors

This tab shows active visitors for the host or permitted household scope. Search by visitor or company and select the correct post before performing a post-specific action.

Depending on your role and site setup, visitor actions can include edit, admit, or admit and print. See Visitor management for the operational workflow.

Other tabs

For primary hosts, the dialog can include Vehicle, Out of Town, Family, and Pets. Sites with the appropriate modules can also show Access Credential and Keys.

These tabs summarize records associated with the host. Use the corresponding management or administration area when a record must be changed.

Missing information

An empty tab means no matching record is currently on file. A missing tab usually means the module is disabled, the selected record is a related account, or your role cannot view that information.

Treat security PINs, contact details, credentials, and key information as sensitive. Use them only for the authorized operational purpose.
