Resident dashboard

The Dashboard is the resident portal's landing page. It welcomes the signed-in resident and summarizes visitor activity associated with the account.

Visitor charts

The dashboard can show:

• visitor activity by month, which helps reveal changes over time;
• visitor counts for the periods or categories presented in the chart.

The charts use recorded visitor data. They are summaries rather than editable records. Open My visitors when you need to find or change an individual visitor.

On a narrow screen, the charts appear one above the other. On a wider screen, they appear side by side.

If a chart does not load

Refresh the page once. If it still reports that it cannot load, confirm that other resident pages are working and record the approximate time of the problem before contacting support.

An empty chart can also mean that there is no visitor activity for the displayed period.
