Review missed Smart Tour checkpoints

The View Missed Checkpoints action appears when a tour is not marked complete. Open the tour's three-dot menu and select it to see expected checkpoints without a recorded scan.

The list compares the tour's enabled checkpoint configuration with the checkpoint IDs recorded for that tour. It shows:

• checkpoint name;
• configured task list;
• associated scan data.

Investigate an incomplete tour

1. Review the missed-checkpoint list.
2. Open View Checkpoints and compare the actual sequence, scan data, comments, and times.
3. Open View Map to review GPS evidence for scans that include coordinates.
4. Follow the site's escalation or corrective-action procedure.

Note

A checkpoint can appear missed when no matching checkpoint scan was recorded for that tour. Configuration changes, scan-data mismatches, connectivity, device behavior, or an interrupted route may require separate investigation.
