LPR Transactions¶
The LPR Transactions page is a read-only view of license plates recognized by configured cameras. Use it to investigate when and where a plate was read, whether TEKControl associated it with a known person or vehicle, whether it matched a watchlist, and whether access was granted or denied.
Find a transaction¶
The page initially uses the selected site's default post and a recent date range. Choose a search field, enter a value, and press Enter, or select Refresh. Available searches are:
- Associated Person Name — searches associated hosts, visitors, and vendor employees;
- License Plate — searches all or part of the recognized plate text.
Open the additional filters to select another site, post, or camera. You can also show only Watchlist Transactions or only Non-Associated Transactions. See Filters and insights before comparing the grid with the metric cards.
Understand the grid¶
Each row can show:
- Post and Camera — where the plate was recognized;
- Association — the person, vehicle, vendor, or watchlist match;
- Transaction Date — the recognition time displayed in the site's time zone;
- License Plate — the text returned by the LPR system;
- Access — Granted, Denied, or blank when no access result was recorded;
- Image — a thumbnail when the transaction has stored evidence.
Transactions are initially sorted newest first. Use the column selector in the image-column header to show or hide available columns.
Select Export after applying the intended filters. The data columns are exported; the image thumbnail itself is not included.
Review recognition evidence¶
Select a plate thumbnail to open the image viewer. When multiple images are stored for the transaction, the viewer includes all of them, which may include a plate crop and a wider camera view.
See Associations, watchlists, and images for label meanings and investigation guidance.
Note
This page reports LPR transactions already received from the integrated camera system. It does not edit vehicle records, change a watchlist, or override an access decision.
