Time Attendance

The Time Attendance page tracks employee clock-in and clock-out periods by site, post, and position. It also provides the detailed punches and audit history behind each attendance record.

Understand access and scope

The page requires Time Attendance operational access. Users below site-supervisor level see only their own attendance records. Site supervisors can review records across the selected site, while editing another employee's record or punch depends on role hierarchy.

The Add New action is enabled for authorized supervisors. A user may be able to view a record or its punches without being allowed to save corrections.

Understand the grid

Each row can show:

  • post and, when selected, position;
  • clock-in and clock-out times;
  • calculated hours;
  • whether detailed punches exist;
  • officer or employee name.

A blank clock-out normally indicates an open attendance period. Times display in the record site's time zone. Records initially sort by most recent clock-in.

Open the three-dot menu to use the actions available to you:

  • Edit — correct the attendance period and append a note;
  • Create Punch — add a detailed punch to the record;
  • Punches — review and, when authorized, edit punch intervals;
  • Record History — review audited changes.

See Add or edit attendance and Punches and history.

Find and export records

Search by employee name, select a date range, or open the additional filters for site, post, and position. Select Export after applying the intended scope. See Find and export attendance.

Note

Time Attendance does not provide a separate approval queue on this page. Corrections are controlled by role permissions and preserved in record history.
