Incident management¶
The Incidents page is the operational record of security, safety, and service incidents at a site. What you can see or change depends on your role and whether the Incidents module is enabled for the selected site.
Find and filter incidents¶
The page initially shows incidents from the last two days through today. Adjust the date range, choose a search field, enter a value, and select Refresh.
Available search fields include location, secondary location, status, level, type, description, incident ID, vehicle details, people or parties involved, and reported by. Open the additional filters to choose a site when your account has access to more than one.
Select Reset to restore the recent date range and clear the search while retaining the current site.
Open and act on an incident¶
Double-click an incident or use its three-dot menu to open it. Depending on the record and your permissions, the menu can include:
- Edit — review or update the incident. Closed incidents may require administrator access to edit.
- Confirm Assigned — acknowledge an incident assigned to you.
- History — view the chronological audit trail.
- Detail — generate and download the incident's PDF detail report.
- Videos — open linked incident video when video links are available.
See Add or edit an incident for the complete record workflow.
Add and export¶
Select Add New to create an incident for the selected site. The action is available only to roles permitted to enter field-service records.
Select Export to download the incident grid data. Apply the intended site, dates, and search filters before exporting.
Tip
Use a precise short description and the correct type, level, status, and locations. These fields make later searching, reporting, assignment, and escalation more reliable.
