Vehicle search

Vehicle Search finds vehicle records associated with hosts, visitors, and vendors. The available tabs depend on whether the selected site has Visitor Management, Vendor Management, or both enabled.

Search for a vehicle

1. Choose a vehicle field such as make, model, color, year, decal, license, or state.
2. Enter all or part of the value. When searching by state, select the state from the list.
3. Select Refresh if the results have not already updated.

Use the additional filters to select a site when your account can access more than one. Reset clears the vehicle search without changing the selected site.

Choose the correct tab

• Host Vehicles lists vehicles associated with residents, members, employees, or other host records.
• Visitor Vehicles lists vehicle information recorded for visitors.
• Vendor Vehicles lists vehicles associated with vendor records.

The number beside each tab is its current result count.

Understand the results

Vehicle results can include owner or person name, make, model, color, year, decal, license, state, and an associated access credential. Not every vehicle type stores every field.

Search results are for identification and lookup. To correct a vehicle record, use the management area that owns it—for example Host Administration, Visitor Management, or Vendor Administration.

Tip

For a partial license search, enter the distinctive portion of the plate. Confirm the state and vehicle description before relying on the match.
