Preregistration and drivers

Sites with logistics preregistration can receive records and supporting documents before a driver arrives. The exact status names and notification content are site-configured.

Drivers complete the public form from the secure link sent by the site or carrier. Share Complete driver pre-registration and Driver pre-registration troubleshooting with link recipients who need help entering their information or uploading documents.

Filter preregistration records

Open the additional filters and choose Pre-Registration to isolate workflow records or Non Pre-Registration for ordinary inspections. Use the status filter to find records that are initialized, submitted, verified, approved, or denied according to the site's workflow.

Open a record to perform the next available workflow action. Depending on its current status, the form can show an initialize, verify, approve, or deny-related button instead of the normal save/admit/depart controls. A separate Deny action can appear at submitted or verified stages.

Review all supplied fields and documents before advancing or denying a registration. Once approved, the record can proceed through the site's normal arrival process.

Review registered drivers

When driver registrations exist and your role permits access, select Drivers from Logistics Management. Search across driver name, license, contact information, and carrier, or filter to one carrier.

The grid can show carrier, status, driver name, driver's-license number, address, phone, email, date of birth, and license expiration.

Open a driver's three-dot menu to:

  • Approve;
  • Reject;
  • Exempt;
  • Deny;
  • open files supplied with the registration.

Rejection and denial require a message. TEKControl attempts to send the configured status email to the carrier; email delivery depends on a carrier email address and configured notification templates.

Warning

Driver status actions update the registration immediately and may send external email. Verify the driver, carrier, status, and message before confirming.

Driver records contain personal information. Access and share license, contact, date-of-birth, and uploaded-file data only for authorized logistics purposes.
