History, reports, and site actions

The logistics row menu and page toolbar provide review and site-level actions in addition to editing an inspection.

Record history

Choose History from a record's three-dot menu. The history lists the action performed, local action date, and user who performed it, with the newest action first.

Use history to confirm when a record was created, changed, admitted, departed, or otherwise processed. Some automated actions may not have a conventional user name.

Review images and audit trails

Choose View Images when the record has stored logistics photos. The viewer opens all retrievable images for that record.

Remote System Audit Trail appears when remote-system events exist. Use it to review integration activity separately from the TEKControl record history.

Open detail and evacuation reports

Choose Detail to generate the site's configured individual logistics PDF report. The report opens inline when generation succeeds.

Where enabled, the page's evacuation menu can generate an evacuation report. Authorized users can also send a configured evacuation notification after confirmation.

Use Remote Access

Remote Access lists configured readers, gates, or AllBox-controlled access points that can be opened from the current site.

Danger

Remote Access can unlock a physical door or gate immediately. Visually confirm the site, access point, requester, and surrounding conditions before selecting it. Follow local access-control policy and never use it merely to test the Help workflow.

Delete a record

Authorized site administrators can choose Delete and confirm the prompt. Deletion removes the record from ordinary active use and should be reserved for records that policy permits you to remove.

Prefer correcting a legitimate operational record and relying on history when an audit trail must be preserved.
