Properties

A property combines an address or unit identifier with a street. Properties can then be associated with hosts and reused throughout resident and visitor workflows.

Before you begin

The property's street must already exist. See Streets if it is not available in the list.

Add a property

1. Open Site Location Settings and select Properties.
2. In Property, choose Add New Property.
3. Enter the required Property Address. This is normally the street number, unit, building, or other address portion that precedes the street name.
4. Select the required Property Street.
5. Enter a Lot Number when the site uses builder or development lot identifiers.
6. Select Save Property Settings.

Edit a property

Select the property, correct the address, street, or lot number, and save. Review any hosts associated with the property after changing its address.

Delete a property

Select the property and choose Delete. Confirm first that it is not a primary or secondary property for a host and is not referenced by another workflow.
