Related people, parties, and vehicles

The incident form keeps structured involvement details separate from the narrative. This makes the record easier to search and review later.

Add parties and people

On Parties/People Involved:

1. Select Add Party to record a party and the nature of its involvement.
2. Select Add/Select People to associate a person from the site and record details such as company and involvement type.
3. Review the entries in each table.

Select Remove to mark an entry for removal. Select Undo Remove if it should remain. The change is finalized when you save the incident.

Add vehicles

On Vehicle Involved, select Add Vehicle and enter the known vehicle details. The list summarizes make, model, and year.

Use Remove or Undo Remove as needed, then save the incident.

Tip

Use the structured people, party, and vehicle fields instead of relying only on the long description. Incident search can use people, parties, vehicle make/model/year, color, decal, and registration information.
