Watchlist

The Watchlist page lets authorized staff find and review person or vehicle records that may require additional attention during access workflows. It also shows the recorded Allow and Deny decisions associated with each entry.

Understand which entries appear

Select a Site from the additional filters when you have access to more than one site. The grid can include:

  • entries owned by the selected site;
  • entries shared directly with the selected site;
  • entries shared with the selected site's client.

This means an entry may appear at more than one location. The site selector lists only sites assigned to you that have the Watchlist module available. If only one site is available, it is selected automatically and the selector is hidden.

Find an entry

Enter all or part of a first name, last name, driver's-license number, description, alias, vehicle license number, or trailer number. Press Enter or choose Apply to search.

Use the type selector to narrow the grid:

  • All/None shows person and vehicle entries;
  • Person shows person records, including older entries that do not have a stored type;
  • Vehicle shows vehicle records.

Changing the type updates the grid immediately. Reset clears the search and type but keeps the selected site. Select Refresh to retrieve the current results again.

Understand the grid

Depending on the record, columns can include name, driver's-license number, date of birth, description, aliases, vehicle license, trailer number, creator, modifier, and created or modified dates. Dates use the selected site's time zone.

Open a row's three-dot menu for the actions available to you:

  • View Entry opens the complete profile, identifiers, description, and image;
  • View Image opens the stored image and appears only when an image exists;
  • View Entry Flags shows prior Allowed and Denied decisions;
  • Edit opens the record for site administrators and higher roles.

See Review entry details, Flags and response, and Add or edit an entry.

Export the current results

Apply the intended site, type, and search filters, then select Export. The export uses the filtered grid and omits the action-menu column. Treat exported identity and access-decision data according to your organization's privacy and retention policies.

Important

A watchlist entry or possible match is a prompt for review, not proof of identity or wrongdoing. Compare multiple identifiers and follow your organization's access and escalation procedure.
