Daily Activity Reports

The Daily Activity Reports page organizes a post's shift record and the operational activities that occurred during its time window.

Find daily reports

The initial date range covers the last two days through today. Choose a search field, enter a value, adjust the dates, and select Refresh.

You can search by the report creator's name or activity comments. Open the additional filters to choose:

  • a site, when your account has access to more than one;
  • a post;
  • an activity type.

The activity-type filter returns reports whose post has that type of activity during the report's start and end times. Reset clears the post, type, and text search and restores the recent date range without changing the site.

Understand the report list

Each row shows the post, shift start, shift end, and creator. Dates and times use the site's time zone.

Use the three-dot menu to:

  • Edit — update the shift report when you are its creator or have supervisor access;
  • Activity — review activities included in the report window;
  • Detail — generate the report's configured PDF.

Double-clicking a report opens it only when you have permission to edit it.

Add records and export

Select Add New to create the shift report itself. Select Add Activity to record an individual post activity. These are separate records connected by post and time.

Select Export to download the report grid data after applying the intended filters.

Important

An activity appears under a daily report only when it uses the same post and its activity time falls within the report's start and end times. Verify all three values when an activity appears to be missing.
