People, vehicles, and images

Use the supporting tabs to make the citation searchable and preserve relevant evidence.

Person Involved

Record the person's first and last name, license number, address, primary and alternate phone numbers, and company when known.

These fields supplement the host or visitor association on the Information tab; they do not replace verifying the correct associated record.

Vehicle Involved

Record the vehicle make, model, year, color, registration, and decal. Citation search can use these structured vehicle fields, so enter each value in its corresponding field instead of only in the description.

Images

Drag images into the upload area or select files from your device. The editor accepts image files and allows up to five uploads in the current set. Select View Images to review saved and newly queued images.

Images marked for removal and new uploads are applied when the citation is saved. Image additions and removals are written to citation history.

Warning

Confirm every image belongs to the citation and does not contain unrelated personal information. Wait for the upload-success message before saving or closing the editor.
