Inspections and attachments¶
Logistics forms can be tailored heavily by site and post. Complete only the tabs shown, but treat every required field as part of that site's approved inspection process.
Record truck and cargo information¶
Arrival and departure sections can capture driver, carrier, tractor, trailer, licenses, seals, BOL, purchase or load numbers, cargo, destination, weights, temperatures, condition checks, padlocks, and exception contacts. Departure may use separate values from arrival.
Use any copy-arrival option only as a starting point. Recheck outbound equipment and cargo and update values that changed.
Complete CTPAT checks¶
When enabled, CTPAT tabs collect structured checks for areas such as undercarriage, doors, sides, front wall, roof, floor, seals, and other configured security conditions. A site may use the standard or 2019 checklist.
Record the observed result for each required item. Add supporting notes or images for exceptions according to site procedure.
Preserve visual and signed evidence¶
Arrival and departure image tabs keep evidence separated by phase. Use View Images from the grid to review saved logistics photos without editing the record.
Signature tabs can capture driver and officer signatures when enabled. Verify the correct arrival or departure signature tab before capture.
Manage documents and revenue¶
Preregistration can provide a Documents tab for uploaded files. Open a file to review it and use the remove/undo control before saving when appropriate.
Revenue controls appear only at configured posts. Add the correct revenue type and amount and review entries before saving or processing the record.
Site-defined fields and sections can add further required data. Their labels and placement reflect the site's configuration.
Important
Images, signatures, documents, inspection responses, and revenue entries become part of the operational record. Confirm that each item belongs to the correct driver and visit before saving.
