Household records¶
Open your profile picture or initials and select Profile Settings. The following sections appear only when enabled for your site and account.
Vehicles¶
The Vehicle(s) section either lists vehicle information or allows vehicle editing.
To add a vehicle, choose Add New Vehicle, enter at least the required make and any available model, color, year, decal, license number, and state, then select Save Vehicle. To update or remove a vehicle, select it from the list and use Save Vehicle or Delete Vehicle.
Out of Town¶
Use Out of Town to record a period when the household will be away:
- Choose Add New Vacation.
- Enter the start date, end date, and an optional description.
- Select Save Vacation.
Select an existing period to update or delete it. Recording an out-of-town period does not automatically cancel scheduled visitors; review those separately.
Family¶
The Family section may be display-only or editable. When editing is allowed, choose Add New Family, enter the person's details and relationship, assign the intended permissions, and select Save Family.
Permissions can control visitor editing, visibility of primary-account details, ePass use, and whether the family member can sign in. Grant only the access the person needs. An existing non-SSO family login can also have its password changed from this section.
Pets¶
Choose Add New Pet, enter the pet's name and species plus any useful identifying or veterinary information, add a photo if desired, and select Save Pet. Select an existing pet to update or delete it.
Access credentials, properties, and keys¶
These sections normally display records assigned by site staff:
- Access Credential(s) shows credentials associated with the household. Some sites may offer a credential-expiration extension action.
- Properties shows properties associated with an account when permitted.
- Key(s) shows key-management records when that module is enabled.
Contact site management before assuming a displayed credential or key can be changed from the resident portal.
Warning
Deleting a family member, vehicle, pet, or out-of-town period removes that record after confirmation. Verify that you selected the correct record first.
