Resident portal

The resident portal gives residents, members, employees, and other authorized occupants access to their own TEKControl information. The exact navigation depends on the modules enabled for your site and the permissions assigned to your account.

On a desktop or tablet, use the navigation across the top of the page. On a phone, use the navigation tabs along the bottom.

  • Dashboard summarizes recent visitor activity.
  • Visitors lets you schedule and maintain visitors when visitor management is enabled.
  • Parties / Events manages group visits when that feature is enabled.
  • Access Transactions shows access-control activity when physical access control is enabled.

The site name and logo at the top identify the site you are currently using.

Open account options

Select your profile picture or initials in the upper-right corner to open the account menu. From there you can manage your profile, change your password when applicable, switch the display theme, open this Help Center, or sign out.

Why an option may be missing

TEKControl only shows features your account can use. An option may be absent because the site has not enabled that module, a primary account has restricted a related account, or your identity is managed through single sign-on.

If you believe you should have access, contact your site management team and include the name of the missing page or action.
