Officer ratings and images

Use Appraisal Ratings for the performance dimensions enabled by the site. The displayed scoring matrix is:

• 5 — Excellent
• 4 — Very Good
• 3 — Good
• 2 — Average
• 1 — Below Average

An unselected rating appears as Select Rating rather than a scored value.

Configured dimensions can include mission and values, uniform and grooming quality, workspace cleanliness, site and post-order knowledge, report quality, attitude and demeanor, customer service, equipment knowledge, and general job satisfaction.

Enter the reason for job-satisfaction ratings or other material findings in the inspection comments. When Overall Average Score is visible, enter or verify it according to your organization's scoring procedure; the form does not visibly calculate it from the selected ratings.

Add images

On Images, drag image files into the upload area or select files from your device. The current form accepts images and allows up to ten uploads in the set.

Select View Images to review saved and newly queued images. New uploads and items marked for removal are applied when the inspection is saved.

Warning

Images and ratings are personnel records. Attach only relevant, authorized evidence, verify that it belongs to the correct inspection, and wait for each upload-success message before saving.
