Smart Tour map and detail report

Use the tour map for geographic scan evidence and the detail report for a formatted record of one tour.

View the checkpoint map

Open a tour's three-dot menu and select View Map. The satellite map centers on the site's configured coordinates and places a marker for each recorded checkpoint that has a valid GPS location.

Each marker identifies the checkpoint and its scan time in the site's time zone.

If expected markers are absent, verify that the scan contained GPS coordinates and that the site's coordinates are configured correctly. The checkpoint can still appear in View Checkpoints even when it has no map marker.

Generate the detail report

Select Detail from the tour's three-dot menu. TEKControl generates the site's configured individual-tour PDF and opens it in a new browser tab.

Generation may take several seconds. Allow portal pop-ups if the document does not open after the generation message. If an invalid-report or generation error persists, the site's tour report template may need administrative review.

Note

Export downloads the filtered list of tours. Detail generates the formatted report for one selected tour.
