Find a host

Host Search is a read-focused lookup for residents, members, employees, and other people registered at a site. Use it when you need contact or property information without changing the person's administrative record.

Search

1. Choose the information you want to search.
2. Enter all or part of the value.
3. Wait for the results to update, press Enter, or select Refresh.

Available searches can include:

• name, address, lot number, or a combined name/address/lot search;
• phone, email, or ID number;
• host type;
• vehicle description, decal, year, or registration;
• pet name, color, breed, or tag;
• assigned key.

Use the additional filters to choose a site and, at residential sites, show all accounts, residents, or non-residents. The Site column appears when searching across multiple sites.

[F] before a name identifies a family or related account rather than the primary host.

Review results

Results can show name, address, lot, type, status, ID number, voicemail PIN, department, email, phone numbers, and vehicle count. The displayed columns depend on the selected site and its configuration.

• Select an address to open its map location.
• Select a result row or the eye button to open Host details.
• Select Export to download the current results. Apply the correct site and search filters first.

Note

Host Search is not Host Administration. Use the administration area only when you are authorized to change the underlying host record.
