Officer compliance and requirements

The Compliance and Requirements tabs capture observable readiness and whether required post work is current. Only fields enabled for the site are shown.

Compliance

Available checks can include:

• license and identification carried by the officer;
• license expiration;
• uniform logo, security badge, cleanliness, and authorized items;
• personal hygiene;
• valid license and property identification;
• employee handbook carried by the officer.

Some fields use Yes/No; uniform and appearance fields use Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory. Read the label and value carefully before selecting an answer.

Requirements

Available checks can include:

• knowledge of post orders and site tours;
• required equipment signed for and issued equipment possessed;
• Daily Activity Reports current;
• incident reports completed;
• daily timesheet completed.

Record exceptions

For any No or Unsatisfactory result, use the Information-tab comments to describe the observed issue, evidence, required corrective action, responsible person, and expected follow-up date according to policy.

Tip

Verify the underlying TEKControl record when assessing whether reports or timesheets are current. Avoid relying only on verbal confirmation.
