Review Smart Tour checkpoints

Open a tour's three-dot menu and select View Checkpoints. Checkpoints appear in scan order and show the evidence recorded during the tour.

The available columns include:

  • checkpoint name;
  • scan time in the site's time zone;
  • checkpoint task list, when task lists are enabled for the tour;
  • scanned checkpoint data;
  • officer comments;
  • an image link, when video-tour capture is enabled and an image was recorded.

Select an image link to open the captured image in a new browser tab.

Verify a tour

Compare the checkpoint sequence and times with the expected route. Review comments, task-list results, and images for exceptions that require follow-up.

If a tour is incomplete, close this dialog and select View Missed Checkpoints to compare the scans with the enabled checkpoint definition.

Warning

A recorded checkpoint confirms the data received by TEKControl. Investigate unexpected scan values, timing, GPS, comments, or images according to your site's procedures.
