Package history

Open a package's three-dot menu and select History to review its audit trail.

The history lists:

• the action performed;
• the date and time in the site's configured time zone;
• the user who performed the action.

History is read-only. Use it to confirm when a package was created or changed and who made the change. Return to the package form if the current package information must be corrected.

If an expected action is absent, refresh the package list and reopen History before reporting the issue. Include the package description or barcode, site, and approximate time when contacting support.
