Smart Tours

The Smart Tours page is the web review workspace for recorded security-tour activity. Officers complete scans through the supported field workflow; this page lets staff verify the resulting tour, checkpoints, exceptions, location evidence, and detail report.

Find a recorded tour

The initial date range covers the last two days through today. Adjust the range and select Refresh.

Open the additional filters to choose:

  • a site, when your account has access to more than one;
  • a post;
  • a configured tour for the selected post.

Changing the site refreshes the available posts and tours. Reset clears the post and tour and restores the recent date range without changing the site.

The page can also open with a tour already selected when you follow a direct link from another TEKControl area.

Understand the list

Each row shows the post, tour name, start time, end time, and user. Dates and times use the site's time zone. Newest tour starts appear first by default.

Use the three-dot menu to:

  • View Checkpoints — inspect recorded checkpoint scans;
  • View Missed Checkpoints — inspect expected checkpoints not scanned on an incomplete tour;
  • View Map — see GPS-backed checkpoint markers;
  • Detail — generate the tour's formatted PDF report.

Select Export to download the grid data after applying the intended filters.

Note

This page reviews recorded tours and does not provide an Add or Edit action. Tour definitions and field execution are handled by their configured administration and officer workflows.
