Streets

Street records provide the shared street name and locality information used by properties, hosts, visitors, vendors, directions, and reporting.

Add a street

  1. Open Site Location Settings and select Streets.
  2. In Street, choose Add New Street.
  3. Enter the required Street Name.
  4. Enter the city, state, and ZIP code used for addresses on that street.
  5. Enable Default Street only when the site should preselect this street in supported workflows.
  6. Select Save Street Settings.

Tip

Enter the street name without a property number. Property numbers belong in the property record.

Edit a street

Select the street, update its fields, and save. Keep spelling and abbreviations consistent with signage, imports, and existing property records.

Delete a street

Select the street and choose Delete. Do not delete a street while properties, hosts, vendors, or direction records still depend on it. Reassign or remove those records first.
