Find and export records

The filter list contains only fields that an administrator enabled for filtering on the active form.

Filter by a form field

Choose a field, enter a value, and press Enter or select Refresh. Text fields, notes, dropdowns, and checkbox values are matched against the saved field value.

When the chosen filter is a date-and-time field, the date selector filters that field's recorded value. For other fields—or when no field is selected—the date selector filters the record's creation date.

Filter by site and date

Open the additional filters to change the site when your account can access more than one. The site remains selected when you reset the other filters.

Set the intended date range, then refresh. The end date is included through the following boundary, and site-aware record filtering uses the selected site's time-zone configuration.

Reset clears the selected field and search text and restores the date selector's default range without changing the site.

Understand the grid

The grid always identifies the record creator. Additional columns are fields configured for Display in Summary and available across the relevant sites. Values can appear as text, Yes/No for checkboxes, or formatted date and time.

Open a record to see fields that are not part of the summary. A missing grid column does not mean the field has no saved value.

Export records

Select Export after choosing the site, date range, and optional field filter. The action menu is excluded from the export.

If a record is missing, clear the form-field filter, broaden the date range, verify the site, and refresh. Also confirm that you opened the correct custom-form definition.
