Add or edit a daily activity

Select Add Activity from Daily Activity Reports, or open an existing activity from a report's Activity dialog.

Record the activity

On Information, complete:

1. Post
2. Activity Type
3. Activity Time
4. Comments

All four fields are required. Use the site's local date and time. The post cannot be changed after the activity is saved.

Write comments that identify what occurred, the relevant location or subject, actions taken, and any required follow-up. Use the configured activity type rather than placing the classification only in the comments.

Add images

On Images, drag image files into the upload area or select them from your device. The editor accepts images and allows up to five uploads in the current set.

Select View Images to review saved and newly queued images. Removal choices and new images are applied when you save the activity.

Confirm report inclusion

Select Save, then verify the activity under the intended report. The post must match, and the activity time must be inside the report's start and end window. Multiple-user post configuration can also affect visibility.

Warning

Wait for each upload-success message before saving. Include only relevant, authorized images and avoid unrelated personal information.
