Find a vendor

Vendor Search provides operational lookup for vendors authorized or recorded at a site.

Choose the field to search, enter all or part of the value, and press Enter or select Refresh. Search options can include:

  • vendor name or address;
  • business type or vendor status;
  • employee name;
  • vendor vehicle description or decal.

Use the additional filters to select a site. You can also show all, preferred, or non-preferred vendors. At residential sites, the onsite filter can limit results to onsite or offsite vendors.

Review results

The grid can show vendor name, address, business type, contact information, validity and expiration dates, status, visitor restriction, destination, ramp access, and credential information.

  • Select a vendor's address when you need to open its map location.
  • Double-click a row or select the eye button to open Vendor details.
  • Select Export to download the current vendor results after applying the intended filters.

Status, validity, preferred-vendor designation, and onsite state can represent different rules. Confirm all relevant fields before deciding whether a vendor is currently authorized.
