My access transactions¶
The Access Transactions area shows recent access activity associated with your resident account. Use it to confirm when a credential was presented, where it was used, and whether access was granted or denied.
Choose a date range¶
Set Valid From and To to the dates you want to review. The list updates automatically when a filter changes.
Start with a short date range when investigating a specific event. A broad range may return many records and take longer to review.
Filter the results¶
Use any combination of these filters:
- Location limits results to an access-control location.
- Reader limits results to a reader at the selected location. Select a location first to populate its readers.
- Credential Type limits results to a supported credential category.
- Transaction Type shows all results, granted access, or denied access.
- Credential Number finds activity for a specific credential number.
On a phone or narrow screen, select the filter icon to open the location, reader, credential-type, and transaction-type filters. The date and credential-number fields remain on the main page.
Read a transaction¶
Each transaction can show the access result, credential information, location or reader, and the transaction date and time. The exact details depend on the access-control system and the information supplied by the reader.
- Access granted means the access-control system accepted the credential at that time.
- Access denied means the system rejected the attempt. A denial can result from an expired or inactive credential, schedule restrictions, reader permissions, or another access-control rule.
Times are displayed using the site's configured time zone.
Note
This page reports access-control activity; it does not change credential permissions. Contact site management or security if a result appears incorrect or if access must be changed.
