Client details, defaults, and logo

General

The General tab contains:

  • required client name;
  • account representative, available to Administrator and Super Administrator roles;
  • site and user license-count values;
  • default post names;
  • module defaults; and
  • Allow Site Permissions Manage.

The account-representative selector includes active users with Administrator or Super Administrator roles. Clearing the selector removes the current representative when you save.

Treat license counts as controlled commercial or deployment values. The form stores the entered values but does not validate them as numbers in this workflow, so verify them before saving.

Maintain default post names

Default post names are used as starting values elsewhere in client and site setup.

  • To add one, leave the selector empty, enter a name, and select Save Post.
  • To rename one, select it, edit the text, and select Save Post.
  • To remove one, select it, clear the text, and select Save Post.

These changes remain in the editor until Save Client persists the client record. Stored defaults are de-duplicated when assembled for saving. Changing a default does not rename posts already created at existing sites.

Choose module defaults

Select the modules new imports and related setup workflows should preselect for this client. Module defaults are not the same as a site's currently enabled modules. Updating them does not automatically add or remove modules on existing sites.

Before changing defaults, coordinate with client licensing, reports, staff roles, and deployment templates.

Allow site-permission management

Enable Allow Site Permissions Manage only when the client's authorized administrators should manage site permission assignments. This is an authorization policy setting, not merely a display preference.

Upload an approved logo on the Client Logo tab. The file is staged until Save Client is selected. Reopen the editor to verify the saved image.

The editor supports replacement but does not provide a separate remove action or image cropper. Use a suitable image and verify every client-facing surface that consumes it.
