Site administration troubleshooting

A site is missing

Select All to include inactive sites, clear Filter sites, and check the client scope. Then verify your client or site assignment and role. Administrator-level users can see all sites; other users are restricted to their authorized scope.

A settings card or field is missing

Cards and fields depend on role, selected site, and enabled modules. Site settings require Site Admin-level access. Global-client and platform settings require higher roles; module-specific controls appear only when the module is enabled. Limited Admin intentionally sees a reduced editor.

Save is unavailable

Contacts and pass templates use their own footer buttons. The Import tab has no main Save. Limited Admin can save only post orders. For a new site, only Site Setup remains until the first successful save.

A site will not save

Review all tabs, not just the visible one. Common blockers include missing name or time zone, invalid coordinates, invalid payment percentage, an invalid automatic-watchlist threshold, or nonnumeric password-policy values. For a new clean site, select at least one module; for copy mode, choose a source site.

A logo or map did not change

Uploading only stages the image. Select the main Save button, reopen the site, and check the saved image. Verify the file was actually accepted by the upload control.

Imported sites are incomplete

Check the emailed SiteImportLog.txt. Successful rows are not rolled back when other rows fail. Compare the source file row by row, correct only the failed records, and avoid reimporting successful rows without checking for duplicates.

Migration failed or appears partial

Do not immediately retry. Check site ownership, branch and account, affected users, their site/post/client assignments, host-linked accounts, and audit history. Escalate with the site ID, source and destination client IDs, time, actor, and error—but do not include passwords or full credential data.

Deactivate Site appears to do nothing

That action is currently not implemented; it only displays a notification. Use the approved administrative/support process for changing site status until an active implementation is available.
