Find and filter users¶
Choose a search field and enter part of the user's first name, last name, username, or email address. Press Enter or apply the filters to refresh the grid.
Use assignment and access filters¶
Open the additional filters to limit results by:
- client;
- site;
- post;
- one or more included roles;
- one or more excluded roles;
- active, inactive, or all statuses;
- last login before a date; and
- users who have never logged in.
Selecting a client refreshes the available sites and posts. Selecting a site limits the post list to that site.
Included roles keep users matching at least one selected role. Excluded roles remove any user who has one of the excluded roles. Your own administrative scope can also silently limit clients, sites, and protected user types even when All is selected.
Last login before uses the beginning of the selected date. When combined with Never logged in, results include both users whose last login is earlier than that boundary and users with no login date. With only Never logged in, the grid keeps accounts whose last-login value is blank.
Reset or export¶
Reset clears the text, client, site, post, role, date, and never-logged-in choices and returns status to Active. Apply or refresh after confirming the restored scope.
Use Export to download the filtered user grid without the actions column. The file can contain usernames, email addresses, roles, login activity, and status, so store and share it only through approved channels.
Select users safely¶
Row checkboxes support bulk actions. Selecting the grid's select-all checkbox represents all users in the current filtered result, not merely the rows visible on the current page. Individual deselections become exclusions from that filtered selection.
Before opening Bulk Actions, recheck every filter and the effective selection count. Changing or refreshing the grid clears the selection.
