Site content and presentation¶
Site Logo¶
Upload the image used as the site's report-header logo. The upload is held in the editor until you select the main Save button. Replacing the upload updates the stored site-media record; confirm the saved result in reports that consume the logo.
Use an approved image with suitable dimensions and no sensitive information. The editor does not provide cropping or a separate remove action.
Site Map¶
Upload the image used as the site map, then select the main Save button. This image is distinct from the site's latitude and longitude. Use the Site Map quick action in General Administration to review the saved map.
Verify labels, orientation, access points, evacuation information, and publication approval before uploading. Do not place security-sensitive details on a map available to roles that should not see them.
Post Order¶
Enter formatted site instructions in the rich-text editor. Most site administrators save this content with the main Save action. A user with the explicit Limited Admin role sees a dedicated Save Post Order action and is restricted from the broader General, Logo, Site Map, and other configuration areas.
Treat post orders as operational instructions. Include ownership and review dates in the content, and verify that emergency procedures agree with the current physical site.
Contacts¶
Choose an existing contact or the add-new option. Enter a required name and optional contact type, title, email, address, primary phone, and secondary phone. Phone numbers must use the accepted digits/plus format.
Use Save Contact for this tab. Selecting an existing contact enables the confirmed delete action. Site contacts are also exposed through the selected-site summary and may be used operationally, so verify ownership before editing or deleting.
Pass Templates¶
Global Client Admin-level users can manage printed-pass templates for Visitors or Logistics.
- Choose an existing template or add-new option.
- Enter a required name and choose the module.
- Mark the compatible output types: Dymo, Zebra, Brother, and/or Custom.
- Upload a required template file for a new template. Uploading a file while editing replaces the stored file; leaving it empty preserves the existing one.
- Select Save Template.
Deletion is confirmed and permanent. Before replacing or deleting a template, identify the posts, printers, and workflows that use it and retain an approved copy outside the portal.
